This is my second set of freeform-my old set are over 5 years old and still waxing strong.
These new purchases are not as durable- just one flight from San Diego to London and I have scratch and scuff marks.
The outer extender zipper - which I didn’t use is broken.
I have photographs to prove this. In fact I am in the process of filing a complaint !

Just purchased suitcase. Used it a few days later on one non stop flight. Went to roll it through the airport to car and one wheel was a. Chewed up. Very unhappy especially since my prior suitcase lasted for 10 years.

I love my spinner, but the zippers are starting to pull away from the case. I am concerned that the thread is not going to hold. We have only had our pieces for six months, and we don’t travel every month. I do not think these are going to hold up in the long run.

Very disappointing purchase; extremely low quality

After one single use where the suitcase was half empty, the stitches are coming apart around the zipper. The quality of the outside material is also extremely low — after one trip, the wear and tear is so evident, it looks like I’ve had the suitcase for years. I usually live Samsonite luggage, but this has been a very disappointing purchase — would not recommend.
