I have only used it once, I didn't like the lock system, not as good as a zipper. I'm disappointed.

Light weight for its size, plenty of room for all my snorkle gear and clothes for a 10 day trip. It rolls like a dream. The locking mechanism is great. Very secure and easy to use, and the TSA combo lock was very easy to change.The blue color is perfect. I loved this one so much i purchased the carry on also. Highly recommend!

The attached instruction for setting/resetting the combination lock was obviously not reviewed by anyone. It failed to mention the first and most important step of flipping the little latch on the left of the lock.
The instructions completely skips that first step and proceeds to tell you to slide from lock to open and turn the numbers.
I had to look up online for the complete instructions.
I hope someone reviewed the quality of the product though.
