Stopped working

I bought this heater in 2015 and used it during winter time to heat the bedroom, because it's really quiet. Unfortunately, it just stopped heating this year. The fan works fine, but the heating unit apparently died. I don't see any signs of damage, or smell. It just doesn't work on neither low nor high modes.
Pros: Compact, Lightweight, Quiet
Cons: Unstable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just bought another one!

I bought one last winter for a large room downstairs and fell in love. I just bought another one for the living room upstairs for this winter. Great product so far. 2018

We use this in our bedroom during the winter and I had purchased one a couple of years ago. Never had any problems with it. Then it stopped working an I noticed in the back it started to melt the back of the grill. So I had to get another one and it runs fine heats the room up great like the original one we had. Nothing has over heated in the back of the grill. Haven't neede to use the fan yet. But since may is around the corner we will be storing it back in the box for next winter. Let's hope I don't have another one like the first one.

Met my expectations

I really like this heater because it has met all my expectations. I purchased it to heat my bedroom. It heats the room very well and I'm.always comfortable. I definitely use the two settings: low and high. No need for the fan option yet. It's easy to use and to pick up. It's not quiet but I got use to the sound. Its similar to white noise for me.. I've had other infrared red heaters and vaporizers that were louder. I've noticed that the house thermostat usually matches the temperature on the heater. I also noticed that the auto climate changes to the set temperature. It's cool to touch and it will turn off if tipped. Sometimes the cord does get warm but never hot. I only wish that I had the model with a remote control. This heater works well but the challenge will be when my daughter starts walking.

Works as advertised

We use this daily in our bathroom for when we get out of the bath or shower. We turn it on 10 minutes or so beforehand to let the room heat up. We also turn on the overhead heat lamp. We live in Colorado at 8,000' and so the bathroom can be cool during fall and winter.

The only con, thermostat only goes down to 60.

It's also good to put beside the couch in the living room. It's just that little bit of extra heat I need and is saving money by not running the furnace as much!

Sleek, portable heat you can use almost anywhere

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A solid, compact heater that heats quickly and cools down quickly when turned off. Easy to use! It's safe to use around kids and pets, which is a plus, Portable, making it easy to move it from room to room. It's lightweight and even has a built-in handle. A great small heater that warms the room you're in without having to turn the furnace up. I like the sleek design. The only thing I'd change is the length of the power cord. Since the unit should only be plugged into an outlet, and not use an extension cord, I could really use a little more length of the power cord.
