Hi Andeth, We’re sorry to hear that your phone isn’t recognizing any SIM cards. That’s not the experience we want for our customers. You can try a few troubleshooting steps to see if the problem can be resolved: first, restart your phone, as a simple reboot can sometimes fix SIM detection problems. Make sure the SIM card is properly seated in the tray and not damaged, and if possible, try using another SIM card to determine whether the problem is with the phone or the card. It’s also a good idea to check for any software updates under Settings > System > Updates, and you can try resetting your network settings via Settings > System > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will reset all network settings, including Wi-Fi, mobile data, and Bluetooth connections. Note that you'll need to re-enter Wi-Fi passwords after doing this. If these steps don’t resolve the problem, we recommend writing us at supportforums@motorola.com. We'll be happy to help. -Mitch
The question is durability and if the hinge lasts.
