My last defender case keep my iphone from all possible damage, my new otterbox defender case allowed the otterbox screen to crack with in a few days of using it with a iphone 17, new case has no plastic screen cover so damage will happen with the new otterbox defender case! so sad for what I paid for it!

Instructions were not precise: I was in tears. Not each and every action is understood by those without smartphone experience. Holster was stupid: I need a velcro closed canvas pocket with belt loop not clips. I want a secure anchor point on the case through which i can run a tether

Case is still good, Just was shocked couldn’t order black case instead ordered blue and not happy with that option but I wanted a real case not some knock off.
