Ive had the same case with my old phone for a long time and I love it, it has protected my phone every time it fell on on the floor! So I ordered this one for my new iPhone 17, but it’s a lot thinner than my other one and doesn’t feel as safe!
For the price I expected a more substantial case, so I hope that it will still protect my new phone even though it feels very skimpy

The first OtterBox defender that I had was on my iPhone 7, while I was still in the construction field. It was indestructible, always on my belt in a harsh environment. I have since then retired and I am on my latest iPhone 17 standard. The quality on the new defender has lived up to all the defenders that I have had. As long as I have an iPhone, I will always have the defender model, outstanding product.

My prior I phone was well protected with otter box defender. Thus on my new iPhone I ordered the defender again but realized once I got it it doesn’t included the screen protector. Disappointed.

Not as strong as the old cases. Should have come with a screen protector. Fits snug and is firm once installed on the phone, should protect well.

I have always used OtterBox for all my iPhones. This latest one fits the phone like a glove and has already protected my phone as I have dropped it three times. As always, this cover protected my phone from any damage. I love how the cover is designed to prevent the camera lens from getting snagged on anything.

I always buy Otterbox Defender series. It’s a great investment especially when you consider the cost of the phone. Their products are well made, always fit and last for years. I work in construction and my phones takes a beating but is well protected by my Otterbox Defender cover.
