Hello! We apologize for any inconvenience you are experiencing charging your device in your vehicle. Otterbox designs our cases according to the Apple Design Guidelines and our products are tested across a large number of charging products, while we do not have specific information on your specific vehicle's charging pad, if they follow the Apple specs, all OtterBox with magnet cases will work with it. However, if it does not have magnets in it, the alignment will be more difficult which will impact the charging performance.

This case has a design flaw that traps dust, causing scratches on my phone. I am disappointed to learn that Lifeproof cases are no longer available, so I have resorted to this alternative, which has proven to be the worst case ever. I strongly urge the manufacturer to restore Lifeproof cases.

Disappointed. Our other phones had lifeproof for years and came out looking brand new for trad in. Thought these cases were sealed and disappointed the camera area allows dirt and debris in. Also the cover for the charge port opens hard and forces a lot of angular pressure to engage and remove the cable in and out of the slot. The end result will be damage to the cable and likely the phone side plug as well. Lifeproof currently not available.
