Having been a customer for twelve years, I've had to have my Otter Box replaced more than once because of wear and tear. . . . with never and extra charge. Gravity is relentless but so is the Defender. I dropped my iPhone 6, 12, and 17 more than once and defender did its job every time!

I get a new otter box for each new iPhone that I purchase. It has saved my phone countless times when it’s been dropped. Even on cement. I am sure it’s saved me a few replacement iPhones over the years. I use it with a holster so carrying g the phone is quite easy. I even carry it on my belt when motorcycle riding
