I just upgraded to IPhone 17Pro Max. I had an 8 plus and used a Pelican case and holder. I wanted to try a different case and holder. Found this one on Otter-box. It has a sleek heavy duty case which is much slimmer then my old one. I am a fan of a holder, and this one works great for my needs. And it also looks cool😎

Highly recommended. Keep your iPhone 17 ProMax safe! Buy an Otterbox with screen protection. The phone feels great in my hand, and the holster/carrier that Otterbox supplies "free" is a great safe way to carry your phone.

As far as durability goes, this phone case is great. I had the same style for my last phone and it stood up to quite a few falls and drops without suffering any damage.
Regarding the overall design, there are a couple improvements I would like to see. First, the iPhone 16 version had a soft padded back where the camouflage was pictured. The newer model for the iPhone 17 has a smooth sticker kind of a back where the camouflage is pictured. I preferred the padded version. I also am not a fan of the fact that the camera lenses are left completely exposed, especially now that the camera platform extends all the way across the phone on the 17. It would be nice to see a case that features some sort of protection for the cameras other that just a raised edge.
