I've been using H&R Block software for several years for both personal and business taxes. Great software. Only TWO complaints: 1) issue updates sooner; and 2) increase the font size!!

Wouldn't import last year's return - that might be my fault (somehow) - import has worked in the past
Wouldn't import 1099 info from Merrill Lynch
Sometimes tells you "You need to fill out form XYZ - get instructions from the IRS"
Failed to 'carry forward' some previously entered information
