Software should allow users to accept all stock activities at once instead of asking users to review one by one. That’s very time consuming.

So this year your box said AI something. Anyway, WORST year ever for problems with the programs -personal and business. Tons of times it said it encountered an error and had to close. Business program - I had to log on as administrator in order for it to work at all. The state program kept giving one number for amount due and as soon as I hit print it would change, each and every time I went in and out of the program and for multiple people! I noticed nothing AI driven and it took up a ton of storage to download the program. compared to last year. Please, please get rid of the AI piece of your program and spend more time/money on making sure your programs actually work and calculate the way they should, so much wasted time on my part.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

I have used your software for 15+ years. I have had unresolved issues with both the business software and the deluxe software that are preventing me from filing. I have called the help desk numerous times and it has been weeks between the call and any response. I may have to try turbo tax. Very disappointing and frustrating
