I've been using this software for many years because there really aren't any other options. They've never had an interview for the Kentucky business state section, so you're essentially left to fill in the forms yourself. Good thing you paid for software for that. Every year it's been buggy as well. The review finds issues, but won't show you what to do about them. Usually it wants you to open the whole form and figure it out for yourself. When you attach documents to your e-file, it informs you that the files are large and will take a long time to transmit. But then it shows you that the size is 250kB. So it still thinks it's 1995 and we are all using dial up modems.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Being honest, I found the program much more difficult to use than Turbo Tax which is way more user friendly.

The business program doesn't run. After calling from overseas for 2 hour support session it still doesn't run.
They said they would have the advanced team get back to me but no one has. From Reddit it looks like the program hasn't run since January and that there has been been no fix.

E-filing fee for State tax is outrageous. Instead of allowing to e-file up to 5 federal taxes, offer the choice of e-filing up to 5 federal and/or state taxes with the software purchase.

didn't like the original amazon download of the premium version though - the screen didn't display the right-third of the contents, including the Next button. Glad it was fixed a few weeks later though, after I made several calls.
