I have purchased this software every year since 1997 and have watched as it improved every year. I prepare Federal and State taxes for family members and poor friends that can't afford to go to a tax preparer. I am a retired IRS Special Agent and I value and trust Block to be tuened in to tax law changes

Hard to maake updates and changes.

Does not allow for simple final changes such as a date update. No override allowed for simple items.

Overall the program is easy to use, has all the information I need but it charged me 3 times because I had to resubmit. It should know it already charged me and not kept doing the same payment. All are just pending so I assume they will not all go through.
