I have been using this product for years and will continue to do so. However this year I was charged for my federal E-File which was supposed to be included. That was annoying.

It ends up working but it requires a lot of work and thinking on your own. I will say that my return is not a simple one, but I find I have to do a good amount of searching on my own to know what I really need to enter and that it's all correct. Trying to find the answers within the software for the most part doesn't exist. It does for some things but certainly not for all. It falls short in that respect.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Like the program, but not the lies. Says free e-file included but when the time comes, all free e-files have been used, At zero hour you're forced to pay for something that was supposed to be included in the purchase price.
