Good for simple taxes

The H&R Block Premium software is just as easy to navigate as the simpler versions of the software. However I wish it had more pop up answers or information for the questions it was asking. I felt like I had to keep googling topics to see if I qualified for the item. It would have been nice if the tax software I purchased would provide enough information that I wouldn’t have to google it.
Also, this is a small flaw, but I wasn’t able to upload my W2s because apparently they were working on an update to that feature so I had to fill them in manually. Not the end of the world, but it did add more time to the process.

love the import .pdf files feature. finally got the bug fixed that lines up the question & answer check box, it took 4 years but it was worth it. lots of bang for the buck & significantly cheaper than Turbo-Tax!

Every year I have trouble e-filing

Every year for the past 3 years I’ve had major trouble e-filing with your softwarwe (A different issue every year). This year it took my personal return Fed (at least); but I get a new error saying customer number ..... is not authorized transmit on both business returns. I’m really tired of the hastle, every year I end up having to mail a paper copy
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues
