I bought this in January. Finally got my taxes done in June, jsut took some time to get all of the information I needed. It was easy to file an extension and use the software. Caveat is I've been using TaxCut for 10+ years, I tried TurboTax one time and found that Taxcut provided me with an higher refund.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Easy to import
Cons: Hard to fix issues

Decent program, sometimes redundant. End review with error message is not great, when fixing the problem, computer program usually doesn't accept the fix.
Pros: Easy to install

I brought this early in the 2018 tax season as I have for many years. I found it to be friendly to use and that is updated often. I perform returns for several states and it has been on point relative to the differences in state procedures. I have to do additional research to make sure I understand the state differences/rules/points of law.
I have had issues in prior years, but had no majors issues to fix this past tax season.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

The Personal taxes are pretty well done and the interview is good. The Trust part of the business software is much weaker and, I suspect wrong on passing through capital gains.
