AGI imported from prior year H&R Block was taken automatically from the wrong form field. I was unable to edit (even though instructions said I could). I had no choice but to then mail a hard copy to the IRS -- which cost another 4 hours of time. The business version of the 2017 version is horrible ... instructions in some areas not correct, and difficult to use.
Pros: Easy to install
Cons: Hard to fix issues, Hard to prepare, Hard to import

I normally use H&R Block for my taxes. Each year brings new challenges from the software. I know it must be a huge effort to develop this software but I sure wish the issues that I find could be fixed before I start to use the application.
