I worked for HRB for almost 8 years. In the early 2000's. I have used HRB Software since that time. This year, for the 1st time ----- I am unable to import my info, documents, etc. I have numerous rental properties... It is not worth the price I pay for the Premium/Business Software if I have to input ALL of the information again. I will most likely find another program next year.
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The software has continued to improve and become more integrated every year from back in the TaxCut days. Always useful. Sometimes hard to know how best to answer questions or track progress.
