Property info matching with multiple properties

The software is pretty easy to follow along except when it comes to rental properties. It seems to not match up with all the data. For example, Prop A info matches with Prop B, Prop B matches with Prop A. All the $$ are there just not lined up. Not the worse problem but It's Just irritating. At the end of the day, it all works.
Pros: Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

The business software was of no use to me. There a some critical areas where the software says we don’t handle this “open the form and you are on your own” (example QBI. calculation when combining property. Calling the help number was useless - the person I talked to had no knowledge.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

depreciation calculation and efile amend return

I’m dealing with an issue related to vehicle depreciation. In the first year, I used the standard mileage method, and in the second year I switched to the actual expense method. However, the depreciation calculation does not appear to properly account for the first year.
Additionally, as a large company, I would expect the amendment process to be much more streamlined and handled electronically. I was surprised to learn that I still have to file an amended return by paper—this feels outdated and not a very professional experience.
Cons: Time consuming

Business section of software doesn’t work properly

The business (state) portion of this program froze and did not work. I had to complete the state forms by hand. Although the federal business section did work, it does not provide much help in filling out any necessary forms.

Can do foreign and business. I don't think I could do either manually. I did the UK for one of my kids and business for my wife's business. The only issue I have is with Massachusetts business taxes did not allow me to add a page for the ZZ*.
