Easy to use

We bought last year and used. Update came in the mail and we decided to use again. So easy to use and was quick.

Happy with everything except state tax transmittal fee was double charged to my credit card in error. Must be a program glitch

I bought this three days ago as soon as all the W-2s came in and stick to a program that works H&R Block works

One change I noticed from last year is that the option to print a single W2 or 1099 doesn't exist, that is helpful as well as the ability to sort alphabetically to include new employees, that feature disappeared as well.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Half the forms are not ready

Watch out. If you are in a hurry to get your returns done filing becomes a problem because many forms are not finalized. As a result you can not file. Maybe H&R block should let their customers know this as their return policy is 60 day from time of purchase. And how about getting the business to work on Mac? Really, you guys can't figure that one out?
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Personal & Business 2019 Software

I have been using your software for years, I am satisfied with the product. I am not happy that it takes so long to have access to all the forms. Other software have their updates completed by 1/31/19. It is not the IRS, it is H & R block. The Business software is not user friendly at all..
Pros: Easy to fix issues
Cons: Hard to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!
