This software is very consumer unfriendly. It's very cumbersome to use. It asks inane questions. When I couldn't fix something in the return, I had to delete the entire return and start again. Did not like this software at all.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product does NOT compare favorably with Turbo Tax. You can't even adjust the font size and many of the screens were totally unreadable as a result. Their only viable solution was to use the magnifyer app or change your screen resolution.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I do my taxes plus a simple trust return. This year I didn't have prior returns to import. I got both done from scratch with no drama. I also used online for a zero-income return for a relative in about an hour. I do wish the financial account import put the account #in the title so we can see what we bring in. And filter account import by SSN/EIN.

The questionnaire about my K-1 did not cover much and I had to dig into the program to check boxes. The program gave me three wildly different results. Still trying to figure it out.
