Good premium program, business software stinks

I filed our taxes with the premium program, tried to use the business software, it would not allow me to import last year's files, was clunky, I gave up. Since I couldn't get into it, and the premium software has Schedules C & F, I don't know what added benefit the business program has. Did I pay too much? Pros (below) for premium, cons (below) for business software.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

The software is easy to use. I don't understand what they mean when they said jthe they will let me know when the file it with IRS?? Do they not file it when I submit it??
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

Everything as usual worked great and I am quite satisfied with the product overall. I didn't like how ever having to wait almost a week to file because some updates were not included. That should have been posted when I first installed the product. Because I am a champion of this software I let that slide and continue to enjoy this product...
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

I used turbo tax for years, actually filled in information with them one year then filled info with H&R Block and got 300 more back that year, Now using them every year
You have to pay extra for state E-file, but all company's do it.
