So easy to understand

I downloaded this today and 4 hours later I electronically submitted my tax forms to IRS
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Many problems downloading software

Many problems downloading software. Had to wait way to long for updated forms. The only reason I buy their software is because it rolls information forward.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This my 4th year. Spent the first 2 comparing what an HRB office visit did. 2017 e-filed for the 1st time. This year I had a snaffu. It generated a form that it shouldn’t have. Called support and in 10 minutes I e-filed.
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

I used this program last year and the year before and the year before that!! So easy! Just had to transfer info from previous year and proceed to complete my taxes!!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I used this product for my 2017 and my 2018 taxes. I need it for my S-Corp return, and it is the only product that I can find that will do that. I thought the 2017 product was easier to use than the 2018 - for both the business aspect and my personal return. Some of the questions were not clear, some of the "click here" buttons were not correct, and there was minimal guidance when questions came up on the quality/assurance checks the product performed at the end. I will look at it again for 2019 .... but will first look around to see if someone else (Turbo Tax or others) have created a product that will do an S-Corp return. I have confidence, but wish it was more user friendly.
