IBOUGHT TIS PRODUCTIN JAN 2019 STARTED TO USE IT MARCH 2019 GREATTAX INFO AND EASE OF APPLICATIONS HAS COMPLETE INSTRUCTIONS AND EXPLIANATIONS ON ALL YOUR TAX NEEDS.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I just completed the 3 tax filings that I do for me, my son and my grandson. H&R Block has been my standard for over 20 years and as always is a great value, easy to use and superb purchase.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Disappointed with 2018 Business

I have been using this product for 8 years and programs have worked flawlessly until 2018. 2018 Business would not save my return to HRBlockBusiness folder. Had to export file into the HRBlockBusiness folder and I'm not sure when it will import the carrover data in to 2019. I believe the print options on previous versions were more user friendly.

Electronic Filing Rejected Twice now

Rejected twice. Sounds like an 'update in production' problem to be corrected February 22. Today is March 7. Passes Accuracy Review. What is happening?

Software issues

I've used this product for over 10 years with no issues. This year my federal return was rejected with no explanation. Had to jump through hoops to find out AGI from software was incorrect. Would be nice to have an explanation of rejection. Would have saved me several hours trying to figure it out. Good thing they do have good product support.

We bought this same one last year an we loved it used it this year easy to follow instructions helps you understand where to itemize your deductions.
