Teh business software is horrible. It does not provide much guidance like the consumer software does. TaxAct is much easier to use for business filings.

The software was easy to use. This was my first time filing our joint taxes. I'm grateful for the fact that previous year's taxes were available so that information was imported easily and made completing the forms easier.

The interview was lacking to cover all the things I needed covered. When I did on search on them I was able to find them, but it was very frustration. I do like the new software upgrade for dealing with errors and warnings, this is soooo much easier to navigate.

I’m very disappointed this year! I’ve used this software for over 10 yrs and never had a problem. This year everything went well until I tried to send it in electronically, as I’ve always done, but it was repeatedly rejected. Followed the instructions for possible reasons and potential changes but nothing worked. I tried to get H&R’s assistance but never heard back. I had to print it off and mail it in. This year’s return was a huge hassle!!

Been using H&R for over 20 years. This is our first disappointment.
1. Take forever to get to support team in tax related matter. However, they are very honest team.
2. There are certain forms that you don't even mention that you don't support (or least give us serious warnings) .... like IRS Form 172, Calif 3804-CR. As I result, we have missed the required forms.

This year's edition was flawed! Subsequent imports of 1099-B forms resulted in data from the previous remaining instead of being populated with the new import's data! After a run of about 20 years, I'll be switching to TurboTax next year!
