On fed return. The form to enter fed estimated tax payments should also include state estimated tax payments too instead of placing the state payments on another obscure form under deductions or wherever you put it.
On final review have some way, checkbox for example, to click when I have reviewed and approved my entries instead of just clicking next and having the same issues show up the next time I run a final review. I found the whole review process confusing. I think that whole process can be made cleaner.
I had an asset placed in service in 1976 and your software badgered me to death about it. Yeah, current year depreciation is zero but I want to have this on the return. Some day when I sell the property I will need to account for all this depreciation and I want all the depreciated assets shown on the latest return so I don't have to search through prior year returns looking for depreciated assets deleted to make your software happy.

I like the product. I used Turbo Tax in the past and lately it has gotten too gunked up with excessive hand holding. I think your product has it right except as I noted above for the final review.
I have no intentions of using win 11. I stayed on win 10 this long just to do my taxes and I used your product when TT refused to support win 10.
Along with many other individuals I am moving to Linux. Sure would be nice if you release a desktop Linux version next year.

I'm running Windows 10 - long story - but every other tax software seems to be Window 11 only. It's much more confusing than it needs to be, because instructions are non-existent &/or misleading. There's a lady robo agent that answers the advice phone number, gives screwy answers & blocks access to human agents. The human agents couldn't find answers to my questions. All around a failure. Even this survey form is janky - it seems every "nickname" has been taken.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Mixed bag: Love Premium, frustrated with Business

I have relied on your Premium/personal software for years and have almost always been happy with the product. But your business software, which I use to file a 1041 fiduciary return is an annual source of frustration. It is regularly buggy (will only start if run as an administrator), refuses to recognize deductions without overriding fields, offers little guidance, and provides a state program that is little more than an online form. Since its not worth buying a different product for the 1041 return, I'll continue as a user, but I'd love it if you invested a little into making the business product more reliable and user friendly.

Why do I get 2 programs with the business version without instructions on how to use it.
Popup windows should be in the middle of the screen so I can read it. Bigger font would be nice and to fill the screen with the program since it seems too compact for no reason. The AI feature was usless.
