2019 software not as good as previous years

I have been using H&R Block tax software for about 10 years, including 2018. This year's version seemed not quite ready for prime time, though. In 2018, I started a small LLC and so upgraded this year to the Premium and Business version. In general the software performed as in the past, but here were some issues - some petty but some of more concern. (1) At the review before filing, the software had 0 errors and 119 "warnings" - the exclamation point markings that indicate possible issues. I reviewed them and found most had to do with the name or address of my stock broker/financial advisor company (Raymond James). There were so many because every stock transaction from the year had one of these After I verified the entries and returned to the review page, the same 119 warnings were still there. I went through them several times before continuing on to filing. (2) when I thought I was ready to file, the software then put up a red flag with six ERRORS. Sure, I was able to review and correct them, but why did these errors not show up earlier? I dunno, but I think they should have been caught earlier. The errors, by the way, were relatively significant. My spouse has an inherited IRA, which she also had in 2017, but for 2018 the H&R Block software had a check in the box for me. It also had several other errors related to this inherited IRA that should have been caught earlier, in my opinion. (3) I live in Tennessee. Although Tennessee has no income tax, it does have the Hall tax (named after some long-dead politician) that requires taxes to be paid on dividends and interest, especially associated with out-of-state companies. So I used the H&R Block State software for Tennessee. Tennessee assigns a 10-digit code to every taxpayer who files the Hall tax. Last year (and previous years), the code was only 9 digits, but for 2018 an extra digit was added. Well, the H&R Block box where this code is entered only had room for 9 digits. I entered the first 9 digits and then used a black ink pen to add that last digit when I printed my form. (According to the TN Department of Revenue, the code is followed by -INC, which I also added in black ink on my printout.) (4) This issue is maybe a niggle, but I am a technical writer and I like uniformity. The Final Checklist for filing my Tennessee Tax Return, Step 5, says to "...retain these supporting forms, which don't need to be sent to the state: Background Worksheet." The problem is that there are no worksheet pages labeled "Background Worksheet." I do have the 2-page "Tennessee Interest/Dividend Worksheet" and two separate pages labeled "STATE INTEREST WORKSHEET" and "STATE DIVIDEND WORKSHEET" So, I think the statement in the instructions should replace the term "Background Worksheet" with something like "Any pages labeled Worksheet" or, better yet, list all the names of all the worksheets. A good computer program should be able to identify and individually list the names of any worksheet pages. A separate note on this review page: We get to select Pros and Cons from a very limited list of four items per Pro and Con. I wish there was a place where I could enter something that is not included in the list
I have been using H & R Block tax software for a very long time. Tried one year the other tax software and didn't feel comfortable with that software and came continued to use H& R Block ever since.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
If I don't want to efile the state return, it is hard to find it at the end in order to get instructions to paper file. When efiling the federal, within those instructions, it says that it will get back to the state -- but it never does. And one of the amounts was put into the incorrect line; I had to manually change it and put it into the wrong line that was suggested; and then put it into the correct line.
I have used Premium previously and 2018 was very good. The Business software was not as user friendly as Premium. The installation for this package was confusing and had trouble with Premium state install.
