I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT, ASSURED BY YOUR ADS, THAT IT WAS WINDOWS 7 COMPATIBLE. IT IS NOT!! I HAD TO INSTALL WIN 10 TO MAKE IT WORK.

Purchased online completed taxes immediately. Only complaint. No explanation on how to submit payment to the State. Example, update will send papers, State will send bill. None of that was answered.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
