Normally it is a great product. This year my federal return was rejected through no fault of my own, and after 3 reps and several hours, still no resolution. Hard to recommend it now.

Been using your product from well back in the tax cut days. Two of the last 3 years the IRS has refused the efile of the most basic and simple returns possible. So much for the expediency of being able to efile with your product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
