I ve been using it for years. But this year, there is some problem. When I imported last year’s information, the AGI totally wrong. I had to override it. It never happened before. Strange!
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

The product functionally is complete, easy tto use and follow, and user friendly.
Since I receive income and expense documentation piecemeal over several weeks, I am not restricted to completing the reporting at a certain time and in a certain sequence. I can "bounce around" and complete the reporting "piecemeal", as supporting documents are received.

Turbo Tax is easier to use.

I will be going back to Turbo Tax next year. Just tried H&R Block this year to see if I liked it better. NOPE.

When trying to transmit an error code came up with the activation code. Ask to reenter and resubmit. I was charged for the state and Federal transmition and the state. Should have been charged for the state only.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
