Easy and fast. It's the 4th year I've used H & R tax program. It downloads last year's info. I was able to e-file and I'm done. Definitely recommend this. Try it yourself first before you pay someone! You can always still go to an office and have someone do it.

Extremely poor perform. Changed to online download for CD's. I've been using this product for over 10 yrs and this has been the worse experience ever.

Not all the forms available, but at IRS website they are. Federal return is free to e-file, but not the state. Easy to use.
