Simple to use...answers most questions via the Topics feature...still some minor glitches such as not accepting the State Tax paid entry when the audit feature tells you you need to add it to the worksheet, but overall a very good program that has for the past several years allowed me to get my taxes done as a regular Joe and as a Small Business owner.

Difficult to start

Inserted most recent disc mailed me and nothing happened. Inserted older disc mailed me and it worked. Then to actually start had multiple requests for sharing and donations with no easy way to bypass, took me 1/2 hour of frustration to actually get going.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Is not right and fair for the costumer waiting for submit the tax just because your software need updates on certain forms which will need to be available when the tax season starting not after ..Now I need waiting for updates and for my refund too..
