I have used this product for more than ten years, never an issue till this year. My return got rejected because of a know issue with the tax software. Flippin wonderful! A known issue and they still allowed me to file my taxes! I really appreciate the delay your product has cost me. I can’t in good conscience recommend your product.

My e-file failed and now I have to wait until after 2/14, download a fix, perform some additional steps and try again! Not a good experience. 2020 you think a company as large as H&R Block would have its act together. Disappointed.

I bought the software a month ago and my Turbo Tax would not efile so I used this software
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

Something went wrong this year my AGI did not carry over from last year correctly. It was filed, paid for, rejected and immediately I corrected. refiled and charged again. Not fair.

Easy and fast. It's the 4th year I've used H & R tax program. It downloads last year's info. I was able to e-file and I'm done. Definitely recommend this. Try it yourself first before you pay someone! You can always still go to an office and have someone do it.
