Program sucks

I spent many hours trying to get the capital gains side of the program to woork!!!!!!!
Next to imposible to get a human to talk to.
It will not import a large trading data like from Roobinhood!!!!!!!!! I bought it just for the capability!

The individual return software is good and easy to use. The business return software really sucks. It is not users friendly and the help section is worthless.

1. Business Software - I appreciated the ability to complete forms rather than go through the interview process. I was very disappointed with e-filing. There was no indication that e-filing was not available for GA.
2. Premium (Individual). I prefer to have the option to enter data on the form, as is available for business returns. The interview format is frustrating and the whole form displayed is not the true form. Frustrating!

I’ve always used this product I use to get One state free filing but was charge twice for the same return
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

From install, filing, clearing software mistakes to allow efile, nothing but trouble! Multiple calls, chats, over nearly 2 months! Finally was able to accept but not likely to use again, 10 year customer no more
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
