Easy to follow instructions. Helpful definitions. Saves a lot of money to be able to do it yourself. If you can run a business and do accounting you can do this.

The e-file feature is malfunctioning and will not allow me to e-file. The error message says I need to update the software before I e-file and I did it about 10 times and it still won’t work.

The ability to submit Pennsylvania Tax Return is a known issue and can not be done. I wonder why a known issue is not communicated before purchase of a faulty product.

The program is great. Have used it for years . The reason I rate it 2 stars is the identity call you have too make. Some of the questions were way out there. Wanted to know which road was closest to us. We had never heard of any of them. Correct answer was a rod in another state. ( we got lucky and just said that one)I will be switching too a different program next year. Too many friends and family with same issue!
