I have been using this product for 5 years now and love it with the exception of one thing. When you are itemizing items donated to charity, the categories
and items listed are very limited; and it has been this way since I started using the program. Hate to say it, but your competitor TurboTax had an amazing program for itemizing deductions to charity. Would love to see improvement to this part of your product.

I have used this product for about 20 years for state and federal returns so I can't compare to others. But it is mostly consistant year-to-year, easy to use and I have never been audited!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

I bought this a month ago and I'm glad that I finally completed my tax and boy oh boy, I'm getting a big fat check coming my way. Thanks to H&R Block. If you have not filed your tax, check out their tax software you and will amazed!

My wife and I have used the H & R Block software for 6 or 7 years. It is simple to follow, it will upload your previous year which allows you to follow the prior year and your deductions. It is easy!
