Worst time ever trying to do my taxes

Glitches in the programs and after several days of trying to get this figured out including hours with their tech services, I still don’t have my business state return that I paid a premium for. And then the federal side won’t even transfer my personal info to the personal state return so I had to enter everything twice again. :-(. This is with an S-Corp return, maybe they are okay if you just do personal returns
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I decided to do my own taxes as a retiree. It was quick and easy to fill out including the penalty for not withholding enough.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

For the first time the business program worked well and it was possible to efile my 1120-S in a timely manner.
For whatever reason the personal program had forms that were delayed in the updates resulting in a 1040 efile that was weeks later than my usual.
