Needs work

In the interview there wasn't any way to enter Federal estimated taxes paid for the 2019 tax year. The user had to do a general search for estimated taxes in order to enter any Federal taxes they paid during the 2019 tax year.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good software but super annoying hidden fees...

Super annoyed to get all the way through the process and then not one but TWO hidden fees. I specifically chose this software because it was supposed to be FREE federal and state filing...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great product that we use every year. I would like the updates to be ready sooner. I prefer to get our taxes done in February and due to updates had to wait until the first week in March to submit.

Ohio State - difficult to input campaign contributions
Business - on Trusts: distributions from a "qualified disability trust" are confusing and need a walk through. Distributions from a "simple trust" are straightforward. An easy to use "chat" feature would be nice.

This software is easy to use and enabled me to obtain a large tax refund. The only complaint I have about it is that when I had a question about how to enter something, the software required me to pay an additional amount for support.
