This was my first time using H&R Block software. I had used Intuit Turbo Tax for over 20 years but decided to try something different. Of course, there were some things that were different and required some getting used to. While not quite as "seamless", TTax, the Block software did the job.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

I purchases this a little over a month ago. I have use this program for a long time. my only complaint is that I had to pay for my state filing when I purchased the business system with free state filings. This has happened a number of years. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. It is not much but very frustrating

Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Awful. Couldn’t get the business software to open at all. Turns out it can’t run on a virtual machine which isn’t mentioned anywhere and previous versions did run on a virtual machine. Used the premium for personal taxes and wasn’t able to print or print to pdf. Massive waste of time and money. Will never buy again.

The fonts are blindingly faint. Increase the size and intensity of the font. Fonts are too faint to be readable. I doubt that they are acceptable under the Americans w/ Disabilities Act. Increasing the screen size is inadequate because important information is off-screen. The fonts are too faint and too tiny. It's a punishment to work through dozens of screens filled with minuscule, dim, sans serif font. Increase the font intensity and the font size! Use a serif font!

The combination of business returns and 1040s was awkward and messy to begin with, but I did get the individual program figured out and did 3 returns. The Business (Trust) program, however, was unworkable , illogically put together, and literally impossible to figure out. HELP was no help. I say this as a retired CPA
who has done thousands of tax returns on many different programs; used TurboTax last year for this particular Trust return I needed to help a friend with. Since I couldn't decipher it, how can someone with no experience do so ? I did a couple of input forms by hand and sent my friend to a preparer who uses another program. I should get a refund for the Business part of this program.
