Complicated.

I used HRBlock 2018 and it was easy and straight forward. This 2019 Premium was complicated. I asked it to apply my overpayment to my 2020 taxes, but it kept $53 out and will credit my bank account. Plus, the list of business expenses does not match the list on Form 1040 Sch C. Had to combine things to make it work.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Waisting multiple “free” submitions for minor errors is extremely frustrating. I appreciate the attempt at offering multiple free submissions but the system could really use some QA/QC to help avoid needless rejections for very minor issues.

Thought I'd give it a try after the other one dropped the ball last year although I used their product for many many years.
Did not disappoint. Easy to understand and navigate. Went super smooth. I will definitely not hesitate to use H&R software next year.
