Your business software is not actually designed for use by anyone who isn't already a CPA. It is not set up to help or really guide someone who needs to figure out what the forms are, where you can enter data, or anything else. Calculated fields have that little arrow which should take you to where you can enter data, but often it just goes to another entire form or sometimes to a field which is also calculated. The help takes me to tax form info which is also convoluted and archaic. It was kind of a horror and I only managed to get my taxes done by using chatgpt extensively.

I have had to file both business and personal extensions as I am missing forms K-1 but the software seems intuitive. I did have to Chat with an agent about business code on Schedule C because instructions were not clear.
Pros: Easy to prepare

You never addressed the issue I had with form 8962, lines 12, 13, 14, 15 column C, which were not calculating correctly, because my 1095 did not have the same numbers all 12 months.
