Good software and easy to use. Was a little confusing at times, not as easy as the online editions in the walk-through as still had to research a few of the questions, but is still good purchase for small businesses. And much cheaper than the TurboTax equivalent. Will likely be using again next year, and definitely recommend for other small businesses!

The personal is well done and easy to use, but the Business is extremely hard to navigate. The links between the fields don't work, very few help screens and the take you too does not take you too what the problem is.
Cons: Hard to prepare

H&R Block's Premium & Business 2019 is a very robust s/w package. It maintains an updated library of all up-to-date forms for Federal and respective state tax returns. The main app loads quickly and is seamless with past years saved tax returns; thus, it's easy to import past-year's data, saving considerable time. It contains full explanations in the form of drop-downs that also contain any applicable hotlinks to pertinent IRS publications. My use is twofold: for personal taxes of my entire family, and to prepare appropriate business tax returns for an LLC. Here, too, there are feature sets that make the process of sharing K-1s, for instance, from small business returns into personal returns seamless.
The definitions of tax terms, and explanatory examples are clear and concise. Drop down worksheets for major sections of the return are also available to further allow customizing detail. Instructions regarding those are clear and concise.
Finally, while Printing one's tax returns is a breeze with this package, it's the process of filing online that H&R Block seems to have really perfected. Automating every aspect of providing a thorough, accurate tax return, evaluating for errors, and guiding the user to fix those is a critical step, and H&R Block provides a superlative product that ensures a user's finished tax return will be accepted by the IRS, while minimizing audit risk. I would highly recommend this product for all.
