Business much more difficult to use. Cannot import data from likes of Morgan Stanley. Only manual entering. Over a 1000 entries. Yikes!!!

I felt like the software was straight out of the 90s. I couldn't even e-file my entity state returns nor could I e-file my finalized personal returns with my business credits.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents

Lots of problems and glitches. Had to get help from a Tek to open it and to import last year's taxes - software issues - forms wouldn't print - had to import again and re-entered all of my data - very disappointed with this program - every year there are numerous issues!
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

it worked in place of turbo tax which eliminated compatibility with WIndows 10. it is a big deal to change out an operating system regardless of the reason

Quick and easy tax prep. I feel comfortable with the final returns and didn't have to pay a CPA for preparation for the 2nd year in a row. The program uploaded my HR Block 2024 return quickly which saved time.
One minor problem was the Federal review which had 4 "problems" with the return but none were true on the return.
Future FREE state electronic transmitting appreciated. Print and certified mail is a pain.

Software was released before the necessary forms were complete which caused the system to fail while I waited for updates. Even then, it was buggy. I also was unable to import my return from last year.
