So this year your box said AI something. Anyway, WORST year ever for problems with the programs -personal and business. Tons of times it said it encountered an error and had to close. Business program - I had to log on as administrator in order for it to work at all. The state program kept giving one number for amount due and as soon as I hit print it would change, each and every time I went in and out of the program and for multiple people! I noticed nothing AI driven and it took up a ton of storage to download the program. compared to last year. Please, please get rid of the AI piece of your program and spend more time/money on making sure your programs actually work and calculate the way they should, so much wasted time on my part.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

Software should allow users to accept all stock activities at once instead of asking users to review one by one. That’s very time consuming.

Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

I have purchased this software for over 7 years without any issues, this year I cannot print anything on the Business side of the software. It states there is an error, so I have to print to PDF and then save that to print, very inconvenient.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I have purchased your software for the last 6 years with no problem, however,I usually send my fee tomy tax account and this year I it wasn't deposited my clients receive their whole refund and refused to pay me.

Have used the Personal Tax Filing software for 10+ years, and it works great. Started using the Business Software in 2020 and it isn't the most robust that I have used. The Interview part for the Partnership Return does not allow a "Yes" or "No" on the lines on the form (which then creates an Error message), I could not use it to file a 7004 Extension this year, and even after correcting some of the error message items, they did not go away.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Difficult to use:
Much less intuitive than Turbotax. 2 modules are downloaded with 2 icons and nowhere do you say to open only the base software and not "Business", so have to experiment every year. Difficult to determine how and where to go to modify entries into forms. Worst of all, program FORCES the user to enter EIN for 1099-NEC income even when some companies do not provide a 1099-NEC: this information is not submitted to the Gov. so WHY do you make it impossible to get past an accuracy check???!!!
