Fine for personal taxes, however, I bought the Business version of the software to do taxes for a Trust. Utterly worthless. No interview, just displays the forms and you are on your own. Had to go back and buy TurboTax to do the Trust returns.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The software was missing a lot of needed forms until the end of February and then had errors that needed fixing in some forms until the middle of March. Otherwise, it was not super expensive and easy to use.

It couldn't handle my 1040 k1 form that had a QBI. Basically said sorry we don't handle that, go get a tax professional. So, I completely wasted money on this product.

The personal tax program works fine but THE BUSINESS SOFTWARE DOES NOT. EVERY YEAR I BUY THE CORPORATE TO DO THE RETURN FOR MY CONDO ASSOCIATION. LAST YEAR THERE WAS A PROBLEM AND AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS IT WAS RESOLVED. THIS YEAR THE PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. I EITHER WANT A REFUND OR A CREDIT FOR NEXT YEAR FOR THE COST INCURRED PURCHASING THE PROGRAM.
