Confusing presentation… It downloads two separate versions for personal and business, then you have to figure out which one to start with. On the personal one, your interview questions for royalties are a mess and always have been. You have a tendency to double count those. On the Business side, for trust a lot of it is still DIY… The software is really not helping you very much.
However, what really angers me is that anytime you call with a question to your help center, No matter how basic, their answer is “you should hire a tax professional“. Why are you hiring people that don’t know how to use your own software? Infuriating.

I have used your tax software for 15 years and the 2025 program is the worst. The Premium & Business program is full of problems and NO support at all. Full of glitches and would not let me file state program. I may not purchase this again. I may try Turbo tax.

Personal program is awesome, business program need

The personal tax program is a breeze. You must have some tax knowledge in order to complete the state side of things and some unusual tax situations.The business tax program needs work. I loathe when I purchase a new laptop and have to begin at ground zero with the business information. The business software must develop a way to move information via thumb drive to the new laptop so the prior year's information transfers. It makes no sense the personal tax info saves and transfers via USB, but the business info has no transfer ability.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
