Long time user of HR Block. The software was much more problematic this year. I have trouble clearing the imported items from my financial institution. I also had trouble with the error checking in the accuracy review. The software was changed for 2019 to bundle the error checking into the accuracy review.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The program mostly works OK. While I did encounter three program bugs, I was able to finish my taxes. Still more program for the money than Turbo Tax.
