Taxes were completed quickly: The federal taxes were received and approved within ten minutes of submittal. I also use the program to preform what if scenario's for purchasing and selling of investments.

They don't stand behind their software

After submitting my return, I got a message the software had an error and the Form 1116 was incorrect. Luckily the IRS rejected my return due to the error, but H&R Block had indicated that if the return needed to be amended as a result of the error, it was my responsibility to figure that out even though it was a software error. Also, I'm not sure how the software has a basic calculation error given that it is almost the middle of March. This was a known error and the software should have given a warning or prevented my return from being filed with a known softwaterror.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Inaccurate spaces for correct input of home taxes. No help whatsoever from emailing or trying to chat. AI can NOT take the place of human conversations all the time. Hire people for goodness sake.

My only issue is trying to get a pdf attached so I could electronically file. After wasting hours trying, I quit trying and filed on paper with my three corporations. It would also be nice to someday have this version work on a Mac.
