Upgraded this year in order to access the form 1041 for mothers estate. Will never do that again. Having to use another icon on my desktop is not good at all. Hard to use and almost impossible to complete estate tax with this software. I will be back to the premium next year, or try another software package.

I completed my tax returns after having to abandon TurboTax software because it had a minor glitch of not allowing me so see my completed tax forms before I filed them.

No help in moderately complicated tax situation

I needed to file taxes for my late mom's estate. I expected the "business" version to work similarly to the regular version -- interviews that would walk you through all the relevant information and then the program would complete the actual tax forms. Not so. Interviews were minimal -- for most real topics, the instructions simply said to fill out the tax forms yourself. There is also no built in help. Unlike the personal tax program there's no in-context support, and searching for help just brings you straight to the IRS 1140 instruction booklet. And it made errors that had to be manually fixed on top of all that-- values that should have been copied to one place from another that weren't. What a disaster. I dearly wish I hadn't tried to save money and had gone with that other company's version.

1) Certain state forms needed are not included. 2) Can not file in a timely manner due to a glitch in their system for certain forms; tax return is rejected. 3) Poor explanation of certain instructions. 4) Data verification is faulty - it is even questioning the way I spell my name on certain forms.

Purchased online December 2025. Had my tax return done February 1,26 and couldn’t efile due to HRBlock issue. Had to wait until February 27 until HR rectified. Very disappointing but finally filed.
