The Small Business tax prep software does not fully guide you through the entire process. In several cases it essentially says, "fill in the form". This means I had to study some sections of the code to make a decision on how to respond. This is unlike the personal side which I have used for many years to prepare my taxes. The personal side leads you through almost all the sections.
Cons: Hard to prepare

Fast accurate and inexpensive. Unless you have complex tax issues (maybe 2-3% or population) online Software is the way to go. Hrblock and turbo tax are equally capable of accurate returns. Hrblock is always slightly cheaper so I use it
