The program works very well. The cost of additional states seems a little high. The state filing fees are very high. So I don’t use the program for more than one state and for filing the state return electronically. Otherwise I am happy with the value and functionality.

It's gone very well for years, using this platform. Fortunately, I have a good friend who knows stuff when I have an uncertainty, so haven't had to use the help except because the U.S. Govt was taking so long to update certain forms this year -- like Vehicle Expense.

Very poor quality, not working properly until 3/26

Personal still had errors in March, not corrected until 3/7/26.
Business full of problems -- suddenly crashed with permanent error mid-Feb, delete and reinstall no help, had to restart return from beginning and then, with same input, everything worked.
