It is frustrating when I selected not to use my drivers license for identification yet the return was rejected by the state. You have a bug in your code and it needs to be fixed. I have decided to print and mail the return since the program does not work.

The business software has several bugs. I waited 2 hours for the program to install updates. After the 2 hours elapsed, the program would not load .

I've been using H&R Block's tax software for over 10 years. They improve it's function every year. Very little improvements are required in the program each year, even though the tax laws change all the time. H&R Block have always kept good pace with them. The only thing they haven't addressed is the home office deduction when it interfaces with multiple schedule C forms. It doesn't seem to understand or ask the right questions as if it only thinks there could be one schedule C, but then later makes totals out of fields that need splitting and separation. A minor complaint, but one worthy of one star less than perfect. Get that fixed and I'll give you all 5 star!

When you choose to file for the extension until July 15th the software proceeds with making you pay when you submit. You don’t get the extension. Bye bye H and R block! Never again!
