I can only address relative to Trusts and Estates. Forms were not complete and seemed to be unfinished. The Trust section seemed to a cluge from the regular business section. Being a regular customer of HRB for some nearly 20 years I used the Trust package out of loyalty - a fight from the getgo. Finally I turned turned to a competitive package after great difficulty attempting to complete 2018 work. I should have stayed with that alternative but felt I would give it another go. Wrong decision. I ended up going back to the prior year switch and found it a much for streamlined and in fact more user friendly as well. So it is done.

Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

We have used it for many years and it is getting worse. The $s owed or refunded change for no apparent reason. It is more difficult to carry over years and import data. It is illogical on clearing issues or clarifications. I don't need to become a CPA, but I would like more education on the rules AS I am answering the questions.
