Premium and Business comes as 2 separate packages. The Regular package is great have been using for many years now and I just need to import data from last year's for it to populate the current software. Very useful and simple. The Business package is not so easy to work with. I changed computers this year and the program would not allow me to transfer date from my old computer. I had to manually enter it all again. There are no interview questions. It is very antiquated for the form I need which is 1120H. The business side is way behind the premium.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

Easily the BEST HOME Tax Prep Software

I've used many software programs over the years to help people do their taxes (I'm a retired accountant), and hands down, Block's at home program is far superior to any other on the market. Takes a fraction of the time to do the prep work and it is very user friendly. I cannot say the same for Intuit's product.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

There is a serious flaw in this years program. At some point 2019 refuses to open the program. There appears to be no fix other than reloading the program which means you have to hunt down the files you made and saved and move them to safety while going through this. On one computer, it was necessary to reformat the drive and reinstall windows and all programs before 2019 would actually work again.
Never has H&RB given me a problem in all the years I have used it. This year it was a nightmare. Pray there is no disruption of a update as that creates all kinds of problems of its own.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Always been a fan. I had some difficulty with it this year for the Business filing so I had to file by mail. It included documents that I did not need and there was no way to remove them for the filing. Did not need an additional K-1, Form 8865
Pros: Fast
