Some of the steps are still confusing. It seemed that I was asked to enter my self employed health insurance information in two different places. Still much faster than trying to figure out the forms alone though.

The disc you sent did not work

The disc I received caused me more pain and time and took forever to load and when I tried to pay took 10 min then I got a bunch of surveys so i had to uninstall and buy online

This year has been the worst year ever for using H&R Block software! For the past 6 years I have used the software with no problem! However, this year, it has neen a disastor! Still can't get my return to be recognized by ghe stateState of Az Internal Revenue!

Doesn't work on my windows 7

This product is not compatible with my windows 7. So it doesn't work unless I am forced to upgrade my computer to windows 10. Just to use it. That's not good. I should get a refund on the business part that is unusable. Or send me a compatible windows 7 version for business.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Great and Not So Great

It's tough to rate this because the Premium (federal) program is real good. The state part of it is so-so - that is the Arizona one anyway. The Business program (they are separate programs) is not nearly as easy to use - for the non-tax accountant anyway. I decided to give the star rating for the Business program since I cannot rate them separately. The star ratings for the Premium would be a star or two higher than the Business program. To be fair, it has been quite a few years since I used a business program from a different software company so I don't know if this one is any better or worse than the others out there..
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased for clients due to problems with tax pro application. Easy to upload information and efile. Doesn’t allow more than five returns or bank products. Fast and user friendly. Fast and accurate. Only drawback is little pricey.
I would recommend this to a friend!
