The software had issues just installing and running on two different machines. Multiple support calls over weeks was not helpful. The business software did a poor job explaining questions leaving me to research on my own what was required. Personal did import from the previous year ok across OS platforms.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Awful for business. Don’t waste your money.

Business would not get passed the “calculating depreciation, please wait”. I had to open a different return and manually enter everything. The software has been declining every year, but I’m looking for a new software at this point. I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve been a loyal customer for years.
